This course is designed to provide all necessary hands-on training for Galaxy Enterprise Server Administrator in production environment. After successful completion of the training course, the applicant will be qualified to take the "Galaxy Enterprise Certified Server Administrator" exam.
Developer & Integrator
This course provides the most fundamental knowledge and hands-on training for Galaxy Enterprise developers and integrators: Galaxy Enterprise architecture, visualization plug-ins, python library, API development and managing tool dependencies. After successful completion of the course, the applicant will be qualified to take a "Galaxy Enterprise Certified Developer" exam.
Workflow Designer
The most important feature of Galaxy Enterprise is the integrative workflow engine which allows many different bioinformatics tools and databases on a single platform via a well-defined batch workflow. This course is designed to provide the most essential knowledge and basic skills for scientists and researchers building workflows for daily projects. Multi-Omics Professional
This course teaches multi-omics data integration and variant identification through hands-on training, including workflow building and creation of visualization objects.
